The aim of this project was, on the one hand, to (1) conduct a detailed needs analysis in the area of foreign language skills, entrepreneurship, critical thinking among Polish high school students and, (2) to implement the pedagogical insights of this needs analysis by developing a pilot CLIL (content and language integrated learning) program for a series of remedial workshops and seminars. The program was intended to foster skill development in the aforementioned areas, all of which are regarded as crucial given current social and economic trends. A total of 250 students took part in the pilot program, allowing for further methodological refinement and the ultimate delivery of a teaching framework that is still successfully implemented in several schools across Poland.
